British Airways is seeking an exceptional senior leader to take on one of the most influential roles within our Flight Training organisation. This is a rare opportunity to lead a safety-critical training operation at scale while shaping the cultural and professional standards experienced by generations of pilots. As Senior Manager Flight Training, you will not simply oversee training delivery — you will define how training supports operational excellence, strengthens safety, and advances the professional identity of our pilot community. You will play a central role in positioning training as a strategic enabler of the airline’s future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proven, experienced leader with credibility, judgement, and presence to operate at senior level within a complex operational environment
