We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Manager, Fraud Operations, to join the Global Fraud Operations Team at Central Fintech on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the operational fraud prevention team
  • Identify operational risks across customers, riders, and vendors by detecting fraudulent behavior within the ecosystem and developing comprehensive mitigation plans
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with Regional teams to identify new fraud cases, drive solutions, and monitor/report results
  • Define value-oriented priorities with Delivery Hero fraud operation entities and Product, Data, and Technology teams to establish a clear roadmap for capability development and required Machine Learning models
  • Act as a subject matter expert to ensure fraud prevention knowledge is spread throughout the entire company
  • Build and monitor main fraud KPIs to track the health and success of prevention initiatives
  • Conduct qualitative risk analyses to proactively identify potential fraud attempts in new products or features launched on the platforms.

Requirements

  • An educational degree in Economics (or similar with a statistical background), Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency with SQL or other data analysis and exploration tools
  • At least 3 years of experience in fraud prevention
  • Proven skills in training and mentoring analysts to foster growth and technical excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams (Data/Tech) and operational teams responsible for implementing processes.
