Senior Manager, Financial Analysis - OneStream The Capital One Finance Product and Data Solutions (FPDS) Finance team owns and maintains the OneStream platform used across the Finance organization. We support over 1,300 users as they run their monthly planning and financial reporting processes. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for driving the rollout of key Finance initiatives, focusing on large projects and implementing significant changes within our financial planning and reporting systems. This role will be a leader in innovation, strategy and change management, helping our analyst community re-imagine their future state processes and tools. Ultimately, this role will effectively influence and implement process enhancements and ensure well managed monthly processes. Position will also entail: Leading the work for a team of highly talented associates and contractors to design and implement solutions that will enable process re-imagination and change the way Finance teams work  Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of OneStream, including activities, risks and issues, assumptions and dependencies Owning the underlying application, governance, and control supporting the planning and reporting processes at Capital One Providing timely status and risks updates to stakeholders and leadership Collaborating in an ever-changing environment to drive process enhancements Our ideal candidate should possess strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and customer focus skills. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial systems, accounting, or a combination  At least 2 years experience using a Planning, Consolidation, CPM (Corporate Performance Management), or EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) application At least 1 year of people management experience Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 1+ years of administrative experience with OneStream or similar EPM application 8+ years’ experience in financial analysis, financial systems, accounting, or a combination SQL and VBA skills At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr Manager, Financial Analysis Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr Manager, Financial Analysis Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
