Job Responsibility

  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for complex business areas with $1B+ P&L responsibility
  • Translate operational, digital, and supply chain performance data into clear financial insights that influence executive decision-making
  • Partner directly with senior leadership (VP/SVP level) to evaluate strategic investments, platform enhancements, and performance trade-offs
  • Build and enhance driver-based financial models connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes
  • Lead month-end close reviews, variance analysis, and performance storytelling to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Leverage advanced analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and data platforms (SQL, BigQuery, or similar) to improve insight generation and reporting efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • 1 year's supervisory experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance, supply chain finance, corporate finance, or related experience within a large, complex organization
  • Demonstrated ownership of large-scale financials, including direct P&L responsibility or support of enterprise business segments
  • Experience presenting financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Advanced Excel modeling expertise, including scenario planning and driver-based forecasting
  • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar platforms)
  • Working knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Google BigQuery, or comparable systems
  • Experience leading finance process improvements, automation efforts, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives
