Our client, a prominent and well established national franchise managing a diverse portfolio of recognizable consumer brands, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support the business. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to spearhead the divisions accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting functions while leading a coaching a dedicated team. This requires someone who is a highly diplomatic communicator, with a warm and patient personality and also have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities. Are you a CPA designated professional? Do you consider yourself an expert in ASPE and Financial Reporting? Are you comfortable in a board room presenting financial results to a Board of Directors? This role is hybrid, with 2 days in office located in West GTA.

Requirements

  • Active CPA designation

  • Proven experience directly managing, coaching and developing accounting staff
  • Prior experience working in NPO, or franchise operations an asset
