Shape the financial future of a global leader in healthcare. As Senior Manager Finance DACH, you hold full responsibility for the financial steering of the region. You create transparency, drive performance, and shape a finance organization that is forward‑looking and business‑focused. Your purpose: Build a strong, modern finance function that acts as a trusted partner to the business. You collaborate closely with the Director EMEA Financial Controlling, the DACH leadership team, global finance stakeholders, and your local finance team in Kleve — ensuring financial stability and enabling sustainable growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead all Finance, Accounting, and Reporting processes for the DACH region
  • Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings under US GAAP and Local GAAP
  • Maintain a robust internal control environment, ensuring full SOX compliance
  • Lead an experienced team across Accounting, Finance Administration, and Credit Control
  • Define clear structures, efficient processes, and modern ways of working
  • Develop talent and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the DACH leadership team
  • Support strategic and operational decisions with clear financial insights
  • Ensure transparency on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and standardization
  • Lead ERP implementations and continuous system improvements
  • Support smooth integration into Shared Service Center environments
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
  • Ideally additional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in an international finance environment
  • Strong expertise in US GAAP and SOX/Internal Controls
  • Solid knowledge of German statutory and tax regulations
  • Proven leadership experience and enjoy developing people
  • Make decisions confidently and drive transformation
  • Comfortable in an international, matrix‑driven organization
  • Communicate effectively in both German and English
