As a Senior Manager of Finance Communications and Engagement, you support the Enterprise Finance organization in achieving its goals by developing compelling content and narratives that command attention, emphasize audience-specific benefits, and strengthen decision-making among a multitude of stakeholders (i.e., front line financial analysts, middle managers, C-Suite and Board of Directors). This role will allow you to maintain a communication cadence that supports transparency, alignment, action and adoption of department – led processes, priorities and initiatives such as: Enterprise financial performance against commitments, Financial planning (monthly results, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, capital expenditures, long-term growth projections), Expense management standards, trends and principles, Enterprise economics and intercompany pricing, Total shareholder return, and Optimization of the CVS Health finance environment (e.g., common platforms, tools, processes). This role requires an individual with a high-degree of maturity and professionalism and has a comfort level of working across a matrixed team to gather subject matter details, recommend outreach options to more senior-level colleagues, and receive and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.
