We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Field Marketing to lead regional marketing initiatives across the Americas. This role is responsible for planning and executing field events, driving lead generation, and ensuring measurable pipeline growth and ROI. You will partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities with revenue goals and deliver impactful regional growth. You will work across the organization to develop an effective go-to-market strategy and execute integrated campaigns using Marketing Automation and Demand Generation tools to increase pipeline. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Team Lead and cross functional teams to position Bentley as the preferred Infrastructure Engineering Software company in the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a field marketing plan aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets
  • Event Management: Own the planning and execution of regional events including conferences, seminars, workshops, and customer roundtables
