Job Description

Reporting directly to the VP, Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will be the primary driver of demand creation and capture for Ataccama in the North American market. You will be responsible for the localized execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns—spanning digital, webinars, ABM, field events, and more—tailored to our ideal customer profile segments.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate the global demand generation framework into a high-impact North American-focused regional plan
  • Lead the field marketing efforts for North America by developing executive events and industry-specific programs focused on financial services, insurance, and other prioritized ICP account segments
  • Execute 'to/through/with' partner marketing activities in alignment with our global partner marketing framework
  • Partner closely with Sales Development and Field Sales to optimize the local lead management process, conversion, and attribution models
  • Work with RevOps to report on NA specific funnel metrics and performance dashboards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation/Field Marketing
  • Deep understanding of how to execute complex, multi-channel campaigns promoting enterprise technology to complex technical and business buying committees
  • Strong ability to lead through influence in a global matrix environment
  • Comfort using Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, break-through-the-noise campaigns
  • Ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance based on leading and lagging indicators
  • A passion for forging new strategies and ways of working and reaching our audiences with AI
