The GMNS Product team at American Express powers global payments, working across business units and with key industry stakeholders. We tackle critical challenges like securing online transactions and driving innovation in payment solutions. The GMNS Product Team drives the delivery of digital products and services for merchants, acquirers, issuers, and payment facilitators. Our solutions span ATM/debit, point-of-sale authorizations and submissions, transaction pricing, disputes, and settlement — all designed to meet the evolving demands of the global payment network. By developing a wide range of innovative capabilities, we enable American Express to attract new customers, expand into new markets, respond to regulatory requirements, and support emerging payment types. As a Senior Envisioning Manager, your role will have best elements of Senior Business Analyst and Business Transformation Consultant roles. You’ll bridge the gap between business and technology by interpreting business requirements into capability needs for technical delivery. You’ll solve complex problems, assess alternative solutions, and design innovative deliverables that align with strategic goals. You’ll also build relationships across teams, influence stakeholders, and present insights to senior leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Business Process Modelling, data & insight analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities
  • Strong collaboration, presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience in business transformation and Agile frameworks
  • Payments industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience driving results in a global environment
