Senior Manager, Enrollment Marketing to build B2B2C campaigns across employers, health plans, and TPAs that create real momentum. Turn eligible into enrolled, and enrolled into someone who is actually getting care. Own a portfolio of priority accounts, partner closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Data Analytics, and manage one direct report.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, enrollment marketing, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in healthcare, health plans, employers, or the benefits ecosystem)
  • Proven success driving measurable enrollment outcomes through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Strong creative sensibility and an eye for design and brand consistency
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to make decisions
  • Strong understanding of funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and the connection between enrollment marketing and revenue outcomes
