Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, enrollment marketing, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in healthcare, health plans, employers, or the benefits ecosystem)
Proven success driving measurable enrollment outcomes through multi-channel campaigns
Strong client-facing experience
Exceptional writing skills
Strong creative sensibility and an eye for design and brand consistency
Strong project management skills
Analytical mindset and comfort using data to make decisions
Strong understanding of funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and the connection between enrollment marketing and revenue outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach
People leadership experience or readiness to manage and mentor a direct report
Growth mindset, curiosity, and skill in self-development, including using AI tools to scale growth and operations
Nice to have:
Experience with email and CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign or similar platforms preferred)
