The Senior Manager, Endorsed Brands Management will play a critical role in building and scaling new endorsed brands—shaping brand strategy from the ground up and overseeing day-to-day brand management to drive growth and long-term brand equity. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and highly organized brand leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a strong bias for action, and is passionate about creating brands that consumers truly love. Working in close partnership with Global Discipline teams and Continent partners, this leader will translate strategy into execution—ensuring brand ideas move quickly from concept to market with rigor, clarity, and impact.
Job Responsibility
Define clear, compelling brand strategies for new and emerging endorsed brands, including positioning, value proposition, target audiences, and brand architecture
Ensure brands are designed to drive growth while remaining deeply consumer-centric
Oversee all aspects of brand development and ongoing management—from launch through scale
Partner closely with Global Discipline teams (e.g., Marketing, Design, Digital, Loyalty, CX) and Continent teams to bring brand strategies to life across markets
Act as a connector and influencer across a complex, matrixed organization to ensure alignment and momentum
Lead multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong project management discipline—driving timelines, accountability, and rapid progress
Move work forward efficiently, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
Bring creativity and insight into how brands show up for consumers across touchpoints
Use customer insights, trends, and performance data to continuously refine brand strategies and experiences
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
Five or more years’ relevant professional experience in brand, operations, or related function demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Hospitality and/or branding experience
Experience with advanced presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity
Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Three or more years of experience in strategy, business consultancy or project management
