At Palo Alto Networks®, we’re united by a shared mission—to protect our digital way of life. We thrive at the intersection of innovation and impact, solving real-world problems with cutting-edge technology and bold thinking. Here, everyone has a voice, and every idea counts. If you’re ready to do the most meaningful work of your career alongside people who are just as passionate as you are, you’re in the right place.
Job Responsibility:
Reassess and rebuild the underlying Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy to ensure it differentiates Palo Alto Networks in a highly competitive industry
Design a unified content strategy that connects our external Employer Brand with our internal Employee Experience, ensuring a seamless consistency between what we tell the market and what employees experience
Lead the editorial direction for external positioning of enterprise-wide campaigns (e.g., AI adoption, Cyber EVP, Women’s Month), ensuring a consistent narrative across all regions and platforms
Provide strategic action plans in collaboration with regional leads to ensure outcomes are aligned, there is space for localization, and guardrails to allow for autonomy and scalability of local execution
Cultivate authentic employee stories (e.g., diverse engineering profiles, Cyber EVP stories) that serve as 'proof points' of our culture
Drive high-impact content projects, some driven by you, some through 3rd party content opportunities (The Muse, In Her Sight). Be the producer for HQ, and provide best practice for global partners
Evaluate and manage content creation vendors and agencies to scale production capabilities
Establish KPIs and metrics that matter to show the employer brand influence on hiring outcomes. This should include social impressions, career site metrics, sentiment across multiple data sets, engagement, and conversation rates
Own the strategy for external reputation channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn), ensuring we are positioned to win top talent in a competitive market
Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Leaders to ensure our narrative directly supports hiring goals
Act as a responsive, collaborative partner to business units, ensuring deadlines are met and requests are handled with a service-oriented mindset
Cultivate warm talent communities and how we might engage with them, ensuring the TA team is focused on the moments that matter in between, and our content serves to extend their relationship building reach
