Our client, a transformational consumer products company within its category, is seeking a Senior Manager of eCommerce to lead and execute the company’s digital commerce strategy for one of its rapidly growing brands. This role will be responsible for driving online sales growth across key digital platforms while helping to expand the company’s presence within the evolving eCommerce landscape. This is a highly visible role within the organization and requires both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach. The Senior Manager will play a key role in scaling the brand’s presence across major eCommerce channels while ensuring strong digital execution. The individual will partner closely with brand, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with broader commercial objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute the brand’s eCommerce strategy to drive profitable online sales growth
Manage and expand the brand’s presence across key digital platforms including Amazon, pure-play retailers, and omni-channel accounts
Partner with marketing and brand teams to optimize digital content, product pages, and online merchandising
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including sales performance, traffic, conversion, and digital shelf health
Identify opportunities to launch and test new products, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives across online channels
Work closely with sales teams to align eCommerce strategies with broader retail initiatives
Support forecasting and planning related to eCommerce demand and promotional activity
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure strong execution of digital programs and initiatives
Stay informed on emerging eCommerce trends and identify opportunities to drive continued growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience managing eCommerce channels within a consumer packaged goods or product-driven organization
Strong understanding of Amazon and major digital retail platforms
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and brand teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience managing digital content, product launches, and online promotions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
