As Senior Manager, eCommerce Northern Europe, you own the overall commercial and growth strategy for eCommerce across the cluster, while providing strong leadership and active execution oversight to ensure commercial plans land on point, on time, and with real customer impact. You operate as a leader–operator–strategist: setting direction, shaping priorities, and staying close enough to execution to ensure delivery quality, speed, and performance. You are accountable not only for what is planned, but for how effectively it is executed—from commercial results to continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end customer journey.
Job Responsibility:
Shape the commercial strategy for eCommerce across Northern Europe
Define market‑driven approaches that maximize competitiveness, relevance, and scalability
Steer financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
Define clear commercial plans, priorities, and milestones, and lead teams through execution
Oversee execution across markets, actively unblocking, course‑correcting, and ensuring initiatives land on scope, on time, and against KPIs
Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, post‑mortems, and hands‑on steering where needed
Lead continuous improvement of the customer journey, aligning commercial, experience, and technical priorities
Steer local and Global technical development priorities in close collaboration with Global teams, ensuring solutions support commercial and customer objectives
Act as an integrating leader between Global guidelines and local execution, while aligning with stakeholders across the cluster
Lead and develop team members and managers, setting clear expectations, coaching for impact, and building strong commercial capability and technical acumen
Foster a high‑performance culture with clear ownership, accountability, and follow‑through
Requirements:
Senior eCommerce or commercial leader with experience in regional or multi‑market environments
Strong strategic and financial acumen, combined with a hands‑on execution mindset
Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and technical ecosystems
Proven ability to drive growth, performance, and scalable commercial models
Trusted leader who develops people, drives accountability, and delivers through others
Comfortable operating in complex, fast‑paced organizations
