Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical project management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clinical trials simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Business level or above proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with global clinical trials is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
