The Senior Manager, Digital Product for Client & Clinical Experience role includes leading product development teams, creating product roadmaps, defining success metrics, and enabling strategic alignment while fostering collaboration between cross-disciplinary teams for the delivery of outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
define the Epic/initiative vision through a deep understanding of customer needs and complexity through communication with Product Management
drive alignment of end-to-end experiences across products and channels while evaluating consistency of the experiences across different channels
review and align roadmaps and workforce management tools across respective solution and product areas
support Product Management to develop feature-level roadmaps that support broader Epic/initiative roadmap
manage backlogs for products, experiences, and/or lines of business
lead cross-functional product teams through discovery and scope definition
lead identification of exploration enablers
create Epic/initiative-level measurement plans including success metrics, thresholds, and release plans
use performance data for developing insights about product health
drive status for objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with business objectives
set a positive culture by growing, coaching, and setting expectations for team members
collaborate closely with engineering, design, architecture, and operations teams using agile practices
communicate progress, insights, and risks to Product Strategy and key stakeholders
collaborate with business partners to reflect business perspective in product strategies
identify and communicate product dependencies and solutions
Requirements:
7+ years’ work experience
adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
adept at collaboration and teamwork
adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
adept product strategy experience
Nice to have:
prior working experience working in an agile environment
strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
collaborating with multi-disciplinary product teams
comfortable and confident to lead team discussions
