Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will define and lead the digital roadmap for our Data Center cooling portfolio. This role is responsible for embedding digital capabilities — including telemetry, analytics, controls integration, and platform interoperability — into mission-critical cooling systems. This is a product management role first. The ideal candidate is a practiced PM who owns roadmaps, drives customer discovery, aligns cross-functional teams, and ships products — and brings that craft to a domain they know well: data center infrastructure. You will shape how cooling infrastructure evolves into connected, intelligent, and energy-aware systems aligned to hyperscale and colocation expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define the multi-year digital strategy for Data Center cooling systems
  • Establish digital architecture and data requirements to ensure scalability and interoperability
  • Embed digital capabilities into new product development from early concept phases
  • Translate data center operational requirements into product strategy
  • Define digital differentiation across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge segments
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking focused on digital maturity and ecosystem positioning
  • Support strategic customer engagements where digital capabilities influence infrastructure decisions
  • Define how digital capabilities improve uptime visibility, operational performance, service enablement, and lifecycle optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, mission-critical cooling, and/or precision HVAC environments
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience owning a roadmap, defining requirements, and driving products from concept through launch in a B2B or enterprise context

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience working with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center operators
  • Experience participating in system-level architecture discussions, deployments, or commissioning activities
  • Demonstrated experience shaping product strategy beyond sustaining lifecycle management
