As a Sr. Product Manager in the CVS Data organization, you will work in a fast-paced environment to direct and support the activities of a diverse group of professionals that are defining and implementing the ambitious data and delivery strategy across our suite of applications. This role will join our Interoperability and Clinical Data Repository team where we are on a mission to increase the portability of data within CVS and between external HIEs to enable innovative products. You will collaborate closely with other Product Managers and Product Owners in a scaled agile framework environment (SAFe). You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that investments are aligned to the organization’s strategic goals and you will manage the product feature backlog accordingly. This role affords you the opportunity to be part of a transformative mission and expand your professional skills by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds. You will be expected to work across the organization to deliver best in class capabilities that ensure our internal business partners are leveraging the use of all our analytical data properties. A key part of the responsibility is to build integrated data platforms that enable the delivery of products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between solution delivery teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Primary focus for this new team will entail supporting a growing number of clinical data feeds in our organization. As our portfolio grows, we need to scale our processes (KT, documentation, resolve prod issues etc.) for rosters, ingestion, and data at rest workflows
  • Build and represent the vision. This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives
  • Identify feature priorities, lead user story definition, partner with cross functional solution delivery teams, and manage the product roadmap
  • Gather and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and quality, as well as identify optimization opportunities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner or Project Management
  • 3+ years’ experience with Agile/SAFe using JIRA
  • 5+ years of experience with clinical/healthcare data analysis
  • FHIR HL7, ADTs, CCDA, EHR/EMR, UM/CM/QM, USCDI experience
  • Clinical experience with patient care or expertise in HL7 standards to better understand the data generated from EMR/EHR platforms (CCDs, ADTs, ORUs, MDMs etc.)
  • Basic working knowledge of GCP (or other cloud platforms) and intermediate/advance SQL skills
  • Experience with interoperability concepts, data exchange, standards and frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with senior executives and stakeholders (CMO, CNO, CNIO, CNE, CPSE, COO, etc.)
  • Serve as Baxter’s primary strategic clinical liaison to health system leadership, securing trust and credibility at the clinical stakeholder enterprise level
  • Identify and prioritize system‑level opportunities (cross-portfolio, transformation initiatives) and align Baxter solutions to those opportunities
  • Co‑develop multi‑year, cross‑divisional account plans in concert with HSEs and Baxter internal teams
  • Lead executive dialogues focused on portfolio positioning, long-term partnership, and sophisticated solution alignment (beyond product selling)
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams (sales, marketing, medical affairs, service, contracting) to design and execute cohesive commercial plans
  • Support enterprise-level agreements, governance processes, business reviews, and executive briefings
  • Act as internal voice of the customer—escalating key insights, influencing prioritization of internal resources, shaping product or service enhancements
  • Stay abreast of trends in healthcare delivery, hospital operations, workforce pressures, digital integration, and system-level strategies
  • Mentor and promote exemplary enterprise selling behaviors, consultative engagement, and relational growth mindset
