Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Digital Merchandising to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and driving digital merchandising strategies across our core product categories, ensuring an exceptional digital shopping experience for our customers (kiosks, mobile ordering, in-store digital solutions). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working in a product-centric operating model within the convenience industry and a talent for inspiring collaboration across multiple teams to deliver tangible results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, product management, marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective digital merchandising plan
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to optimize digital experience, content and promotions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchandising initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the digital merchandising strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, convenience or a related field, with a focus on food products preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital merchandising strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
