Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead a high-performing team with a major impact on Brightspeed’s business. You will own go-to-market planning of marketing initiatives, including road-mapping, documentation, coordination and selling in channel recommendations, as well as refinement and overall program performance. You will use a keen understanding of consumer behaviors and cross-channel marketing tactics to drive continuous subscriber growth and innovation across the purchase journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as high-impact leader for key growth marketing initiatives
  • Strategic decision maker and thought leader on critical cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Own planning and road-mapping process, aligning with strategy and product teams while driving cross-functional decisions throughout the process
  • Develop repeatable launch plan playbook to guide individual demand generation managers
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, providing strong guidance to teams executing digital media, CRM, ecommerce, local events and sales tactics
  • Drive strategies across all aspects of the marketing and sales funnel, achieving high quality traffic that converts into sales and revenue
  • Balance subscriber growth with CAC
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy team to design and maintain exceptional, repeatable processes
  • Develop and deliver executive level presentations, including to large audiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience of high visibility teams
  • 10+ years of Demand Gen or Digital Marketing experience, ideally in both B2C and B2B
  • Fluency in both marketing and finance KPIs
  • Deep expertise in fundamental principles of digital marketing, media and CRM metrics
  • Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience leading and influencing both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment while maintaining a customer centric philosophy
  • A “get stuff done” attitude and work ethic to match

Nice to have:
