We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Owner to lead HR Services workstreams encompassing onboarding, offboarding, leavers, and new hires. This individual will take full ownership of HR Services processes and digital solutions, ensuring continuous improvement, simplification, and alignment with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR systems, enterprise-level HR transformations, SAFe Agile practices, and product backlog ownership, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful and compliant HR solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the Product Owner for HR Services workstreams, including onboarding, offboarding, leavers, and new hires
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring consistent grooming, refinement, and prioritisation aligned with strategic goals
Collaborate with Product Managers to align product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
Apply strong SAFe Agile practices, including Program Increment (PI) planning and continuous exploration of backlog items
Use JIRA effectively for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
Ensure timely delivery of compliant solutions that meet business needs
Benchmark external best practices and help the organisation leverage modern technology and evolving HR trends
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Solution Owner or Product Owner within the HR domain
Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and employee lifecycle activities (Hire to Retire)
Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Proficient in JIRA and experienced in SAFe Agile methodologies
Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Computer Science or IT Engineering background
Certification in SAFe Agile or equivalent
Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
Background in enterprise-level HR transformation projects
