Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of business-critical data products that empower decision-making across Trade, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Sales within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) space. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, this leader will ensure data solutions are credible, actionable, and transferable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of business-critical data products that empower decision-making across Trade, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Sales within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) space
  • Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, this leader will ensure data solutions are credible, actionable, and transferable
  • Own 70% data analysis and 30% data engineering efforts, including development, deployment, and handoff of dashboards and reports
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet real-world needs
  • Work closely with the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) for advanced modeling, visualization, and solution validation
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of data products: requirements gathering, design, execution, user training, and handoff
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering credibility and trust with stakeholders
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in CPG trade, RGM, and sales data domains through leveraging tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Databricks, EBC, and SAP S4/HANA
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions and maintain continuity of data solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Data & Analytics roles, with a strong record of delivering end-to-end data solutions
  • 3-5+ years managing or leading small teams/projects, or equivalent experience owning major data initiatives
  • Strong expertise in CPG data domains, especially Trade, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Sales
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • familiarity with SAP S4/HANA, Databricks, and EBC
  • Proven ability to engage business stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver actionable solutions
  • Experience training users and handing off solutions, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer
  • Credibility and communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business teams

  • Exposure to predictive analytics or advanced modeling techniques
  • Prior experience at a consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC) or other advisory roles
