Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead the performance management strategy that aligns data insights with business objectives
  • Drive adoption of unified KPIs across departments to create a consistent view of success
  • Establish and enforce data governance practices that ensure accuracy, consistency and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in finance, operations and commercial teams to guide business decisions
  • Lead a high-impact team responsible for metric definition, reporting accuracy and insight generation
  • Create scalable processes and forums for performance reviews (e.g., dashboards, business reviews, scorecards)
  • Promote a data-driven culture through education, ownership models and alignment on KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years in performance management, business intelligence, or strategic planning
  • Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional teams and governance structures
  • Deep knowledge of OKRs and enterprise performance tracking systems
  • Comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and governance platforms
  • Ability to distill complex metrics into executive-ready insights
  • Balance long-term vision with operational execution
  • Business-fluent english skills and a good command in german both written and spoken
