Job Responsibility:
Define and lead the performance management strategy that aligns data insights with business objectives
Drive adoption of unified KPIs across departments to create a consistent view of success
Establish and enforce data governance practices that ensure accuracy, consistency and accountability
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in finance, operations and commercial teams to guide business decisions
Lead a high-impact team responsible for metric definition, reporting accuracy and insight generation
Create scalable processes and forums for performance reviews (e.g., dashboards, business reviews, scorecards)
Promote a data-driven culture through education, ownership models and alignment on KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data, Economics, or a related field
8+ years in performance management, business intelligence, or strategic planning
Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional teams and governance structures
Deep knowledge of OKRs and enterprise performance tracking systems
Comfortable with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and governance platforms
Ability to distill complex metrics into executive-ready insights
Balance long-term vision with operational execution
Business-fluent english skills and a good command in german both written and spoken
