Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure seamless operations across global data centres by managing network-related incidents, supporting 24x7 environments, and maintaining high service continuity. The individual will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to operational improvements within a highly visible and technically advanced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide 24x7 network operations support, managing incidents raised through monitoring systems or customer channels, ensuring timely resolution
  • escalate issues to second-line or vendor teams when required and ensure coordinated resolution
  • reduce recurring incidents by identifying patterns and contributing to process improvements
  • review and enhance operational documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and knowledge repositories

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
  • 8–10+ years of experience in large data centre environments with a strong focus on resolving network issues
  • strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently
  • hands-on expertise in routing, switching, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, firewalls (Juniper/ASA), load balancers (F5/Cisco ACE), and VMware environments
  • understanding of public/private cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/OCI) or NSX/SD-WAN
  • relevant certifications such as NSX, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, or AWS (desirable)
  • basic understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps ways of working
