We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the development of a connected data ecosystem that transforms complex information into actionable business insights. Based in Morris County, NJ, this role will integrate data from commercial, digital, operational, and customer-facing channels to improve decision-making and drive business performance. The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical expertise with strong business acumen and can lead both hands-on execution and long-term strategy.
Job Responsibility
Enterprise Data Strategy & Integration: Design and manage a unified data ecosystem integrating sales, marketing, CRM, web analytics, and operational data
Develop scalable data models and frameworks that provide full-funnel visibility from acquisition through retention and revenue
Establish governance, validation, and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency
Advanced Analytics & Decision Science: Develop scoring models, segmentation frameworks, and prioritization methodologies to identify growth opportunities
Conduct statistical analysis, correlation studies, predictive modeling, and causal inference to uncover performance drivers
Build attribution models to measure marketing and sales effectiveness
Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and strategic decision frameworks
Performance Optimization & Measurement: Create measurement frameworks spanning awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
Identify opportunities and friction points throughout the customer journey
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs aligned with business growth objectives
Data Quality & Architecture: Serve as the primary authority on data integrity, quality, completeness, and usability
Develop methodologies for evaluating and scoring incoming datasets
Design and document enterprise data architecture, data flows, schemas, and business logic
Standardize key metrics, benchmarks, cohorts, scoring systems, and performance targets
Experimentation & Insights: Develop testing and experimentation frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives
Design learning agendas, hypotheses, test panels, and measurement criteria
Perform statistical validation, significance testing, outlier detection, and impact analysis
Deliver scalable reporting solutions and narrative-driven insights that support decision-making and execution
Strategic Leadership: Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, investment decisions, and performance optimization
Model business scenarios, quantify trade-offs, and support prioritization decisions
Continuously refine strategies through data-driven analysis and validation
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within agency, marketing, growth, or customer-focused environments
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, or a related field
advanced degree preferred
Proven experience integrating data from multiple sources into unified analytical models
Strong background in statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics, or related quantitative disciplines
Experience developing scoring systems, attribution models, segmentation frameworks, and other advanced analytical solutions tied to business outcomes
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to executive and non-technical audiences
Experience balancing hands-on analytics with leadership responsibilities

Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Excel, and related analytics and reporting tools
