Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Client Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will use your analytical expertise to help us extract insights from large data sets, identify trends, and support the organization in making data-backed decisions. Your contributions will drive improvements in product development, marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for Flywheel’s participation in data platforms such as Adverity, Skai DataBox Scintilla and AMC, ensuring accuracy of data flowing in/out
  • Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party platforms
  • Ensure data quality through rigorous data cleaning, verification, and transformation
  • Maintain and update data sources, ensuring reliable and accurate data for analysis
  • Analyze commerce data to generate actionable insights across media, retail and content
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large data sets to inform business strategies
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Present complex data insights in a simple, visually appealing format for various audiences
  • Provide regular reports to management, including key metrics and performance indicators
  • Work with cross-functional commerce teams to support data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Offer recommendations for process improvements based on data insights
  • Support Flywheel’s Global Media Director as Flywheel participates in the client’s Annual Global Learning Agenda
  • Create and present Case Studies in client’s Test & Learn workstream

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in finance or data analysis
  • Experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or accounting is preferred
  • Experience working with data from retail media platforms such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart's Scintilla, Kroger 84.51°, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Meticulous approach to data accuracy, validation, and reporting
  • Ability to think critically and develop solutions to technical and analytical challenges

Nice to have:

  • Experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or accounting
