As Senior Manager Cybersecurity, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering cybersecurity strategy, advisory, and transformation programs for major clients. You will lead high-performing teams, engage with C-level stakeholders, and contribute to the development of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity offerings in France and Benelux and across Europe
Job Responsibility:
Drive growth of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity business in The Netherlands by identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Partner closely with sales, account teams, and alliance partners to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies and contribute to pre-sales activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning NTT DATA as a trusted cybersecurity partner
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and below (CISO, SOC manager, Data Security Lead, etc.) on cybersecurity strategy, risk, and transformation
Lead large and complex cybersecurity engagements, ensuring high quality delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
Provide thought leadership across core cybersecurity domains, such as: Cybersecurity strategy, Governance, risk, and compliance, Security architecture, Cloud and infrastructure security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and incident response, crisis management, and cyber resilience
Monitor emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory developments to inform client advice and service offerings
Mentor (senior) consultants and managers, supporting career development and capability growth
Support recruitment and talent development initiatives to scale the cybersecurity practice
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
6-10 years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in consulting or professional services, with leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, teams, and senior client engagements
Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development and pre-sales
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
