Job Description

As Senior Manager Cybersecurity, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering cybersecurity strategy, advisory, and transformation programs for major clients. You will lead high-performing teams, engage with C-level stakeholders, and contribute to the development of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity offerings in France and Benelux and across Europe

Job Responsibility

  • Drive growth of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity business in The Netherlands by identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Partner closely with sales, account teams, and alliance partners to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies and contribute to pre-sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning NTT DATA as a trusted cybersecurity partner
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and below (CISO, SOC manager, Data Security Lead, etc.) on cybersecurity strategy, risk, and transformation
  • Lead large and complex cybersecurity engagements, ensuring high quality delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership across core cybersecurity domains, such as: Cybersecurity strategy, Governance, risk, and compliance, Security architecture, Cloud and infrastructure security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and incident response, crisis management, and cyber resilience
  • Monitor emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory developments to inform client advice and service offerings
  • Mentor (senior) consultants and managers, supporting career development and capability growth
  • Support recruitment and talent development initiatives to scale the cybersecurity practice

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 6-10 years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in consulting or professional services, with leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, teams, and senior client engagements
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development and pre-sales
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred, such as: CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CCSP, and/or OSCP
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
