Sr Manager Customer Development - Food ServicesPosition Overview: • Responsible for managing Food Service establishments largely driven by on-premise consumption including: • Planning and strategizing to retain and expand current customer relationships • Ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients • Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations • Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions • Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers • Business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships • Pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, etc. • Conducting market research and identifying and predicting current and future consumer trends ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT • Responsible for policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less) • ...
