As Senior Manager – CRM, you will spearhead CRM strategy and execution for Emeritus’ global business, with a strong focus on lead/application nurturing through CRM channels, marketing automation, WhatsApp-led engagement and integrations and revenue growth. This is a critical role at the intersection of Marketing and Technology, driving reactivation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing at scale. The role requires hands-on execution capability along with strategic planning expertise, particularly across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and WhatsApp-based customer journeys.
Job Responsibility:
Own lead to final applicant conversion targets at Campus and programme level
Lead WhatsApp integration initiatives for user engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing
Work closely with the creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teams
Understand the needs of different internal business units and consumer behaviour to formulate content and segmentation strategies
Design and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other automation tools
Work closely with Tech team to build integrated & automated CRM journeys for admissions, outreach and tele-counsellors
Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementation
Leverage SQL queries to analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics
Expertly navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams (SFMC)
Conduct root cause analyses on platform and business issues
Collaborate with legal to ensure compliance with data laws while marketing to a global audience
Maintain a balance between rapid execution for growth and adherence to business compliance for partner schools
Requirements:
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in either marketing, business, or a related field
MBA is an advantage
6+ years of relevant work experience in growth marketing roles at high-growth or technology companies
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Moderate-to-strong experience with WhatsApp integrations for CRM
Proven experience in deploying marketing campaigns across channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS
Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL
Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills
Experience in global markets is beneficial
A background in high-growth B2C products/services with consultative sales is advantageous
