Job Responsibility:
Translate GTM strategy and seasonal calendar into a detailed, sequenced creative action plan well ahead of each season: shoot schedules, resource requirements, brief timelines, review milestones and delivery dates
Lead weekly, seasonal and annual capacity planning with the CD and Brand peers
Partner with the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to keep creative planning in sync with GTM plan
Map both Creative and Brand Activation projects into the master calendar
Build dashboards and tools that enable self-service across the business
Push back constructively on ad hoc asks that conflict with priorities
Share a weekly operational update highlighting milestones, upcoming reviews and any risks or decisions needed
Circulate decisions and next steps after key meetings
Audit current creative workflows
Write SOPs for all core workflows
Own Monday.com for the creative department
Continuously identify and remove inefficiencies
Ensure every product need is in the content plan
Lead the product selection process for content capture
Identify reuse and retouching opportunities to maximise asset value and minimise cost
Set and manage usage rights ahead of capture
Lead, coach and develop three direct reports
Cascade work with clarity
Own the full freelancer lifecycle
Own the annual creative budget with the Creative Director
Build shoot cost forecasts in pre-production
Flag budget pressure and scope creep proactively
