Job Responsibility

  • Integrate and deliver effective real estate transactions, project leadership and portfolio management for Baxter’s global office real estate portfolio in EMEA, APAC and the Americas
  • Support and accomplish Baxter’s global real estate strategies
  • Provide global transactional real estate expertise and sound financial management
  • Promote, manage and lead strategy, governance, process/policies/procedures, standards, and operational excellence for worldwide real estate activities
  • Identify, develop and lead collaborator relationships and project teams
  • Identify, manage and lead real property transactional strategies and solutions
  • Work with the Global Real Estate Group to formulate strategic solutions
  • Develop and improve the role of Corporate Real Estate as a proactive driver of corporate success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of global industrial or commercial real estate experience in a corporate environment
  • Global Life Science experience preferred
  • EMEA experience required
  • Previous experience in the development, leadership and execution of global real estate
  • Effective financial competence and real property asset management and optimisation skills
  • Strong ability to partner across business groups and internal team members
  • Real Estate License or related professional designation required
