Senior Manager, Corporate Development- M&A

Join AMD’s Corporate Development team as a Corporate Development Sr. Manager for M&A and play a key role in shaping AMD's growth strategy. This high-impact role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments that align with AMD’s long-term objectives. Collaborating with senior leadership and our Business Units and key support functions, you’ll help identify inorganic opportunities, maintain an opportunity pipeline, manage due-diligence processes and model the impact of acquisitions to AMD’s financial results. You will own the deal process from sourcing to close and work closely with our Integration team to ensure achievement of transaction objectives post-closing.
