The Senior Business Consulting Manager will lead consulting engagements focused on Contact Centre change and transformation. This role involves managing client relationships, developing change management strategies, and mentoring junior consultants. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on business development and change management methodologies.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organizational transformations
Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice
Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation
Requirements:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in management consulting or similar
Focus on Consumer Retail change and transformation, including TOM creation/development and business growth success
Innovative and entrepreneurial
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
