Join the Merchandising Planning and Consumer Insights team, the function that connects consumer understanding to strategic direction across North America. As Senior Manager, Consumer Insight, you will support the creation of consumer‑centric strategic business plans and bring clarity, tools, and insights to merchandising teams throughout the go‑to‑market process. Your work will strengthen the merchandising brand strategy and ensure decisions reflect what is most relevant to the consumer.
Job Responsibility:
Manage consumer and shopper insights projects by prioritizing initiatives, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring high‑quality execution through planning and project management processes
Perform business and operational analyses to support informed decision‑making at the senior level
Analyze proprietary data sets in partnership with analytics teams using tools such as Tableau to identify insights that drive action
Source and implement insights tools in collaboration with global teams and external partners to enable deeper consumer understanding
Develop storytelling materials and presentations that translate complex insights into clear, compelling communication for diverse audiences
Requirements:
University degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in CPG or FMCG
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing
Ability to create strategy using data analytics and consumer insights
Experience developing category strategies informed by market trends
Leadership skills with experience guiding direct and cross‑functional teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
