Job Description:

Provide technical oversight and strategies for all assigned CVS Corporate Properties. Review electrical systems and provide technical support for new facility builds and existing critical projects, ensuring optimization of electrical power systems for safe, reliable and efficient operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical oversight and strategies for all assigned CVS Corporate Properties
  • Review electrical systems and provide technical support for new facility builds and existing critical projects
  • Develop, manage, and execute multi-million dollar expense and capital budgets for owned and leased corporate facilities
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives, local, state and federal laws
  • Effectively manage Critical Incidents and controllable incidents
  • Oversee the installation of new equipment and execution of assigned projects

Requirements:

  • 10 years of electrical design-engineering, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or commensurate work experience in the related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience with critical facility electrical infrastructure
  • Knowledge of high voltage and medium voltage systems, including switchgear, transformers, and distribution panels
  • Experience with standby generators, UPS Systems, and Power Control Systems
  • Familiarity with SCADA, protection, and automation technologies
