Job Description:

As a Senior Manager, Colleague Relations, you are responsible for the execution and ownership of investigating Employee Relations concerns and providing expert consultant and guidance to managers and employees. You will work to proactively support and maintain a positive employment climate, during the course of your investigation. You will lead complex and sensitive cases including Title VII, workplace violence, and other concerns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, conduct, and document detailed and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations
  • Ensure investigations comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and employee relations matters
  • Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistent and fair handling of employee relations matters
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Assist with training on employee relations topics, including workplace harassment, discrimination, and conflict resolution

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of relevant overall experience
  • At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane travel)
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • equivalent work experience may substitute
