Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Cloud Solution Architect you will run a team of Data & AI Cloud Solution Architects who enable customers to achieve their goals and outcomes - based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your expertise of leading technical teams, you will drive the team to ensure customers get value from their Microsoft investments. You and your team will have responsibility for driving key infrastructure technologies and concepts such as SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Data Science, AI/ML and plenty more.

  • Hire, on-board, develop, coach, mentor and evaluate Data & AI Architects and Engineers
  • Set a clear bar for role excellence, collaboration, and delivering impact
  • Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team of Data Science and AI professionals with a passion for exceeding customer expectations

  • Partner with all required Microsoft stakeholders to land and drive role clarity, account coverage, project assignment and effective cross-team collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
  • Proven technical understanding of Microsoft Azure Solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or consultative delivery
