As a Senior Manager, Cloud Solution Architect you will run a team of Data & AI Cloud Solution Architects who enable customers to achieve their goals and outcomes - based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your expertise of leading technical teams, you will drive the team to ensure customers get value from their Microsoft investments. You and your team will have responsibility for driving key infrastructure technologies and concepts such as SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Data Science, AI/ML and plenty more.
Job Responsibility:
Hire, on-board, develop, coach, mentor and evaluate Data & AI Architects and Engineers
Set a clear bar for role excellence, collaboration, and delivering impact
Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team of Data Science and AI professionals with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Proven cross-team collaboration and communication
Partner with all required Microsoft stakeholders to land and drive role clarity, account coverage, project assignment and effective cross-team collaboration
Enable your team to establish customer relationships with executives in Infrastructure roles while establishing your own
Ensure your team delivers high quality production deployments that are resilient and successful
Drive operational excellence, including timely consumption opportunity management, reporting, and insights
Engage with strategic customers as executive sponsor to accelerate Azure adoption and help our customers improve their infrastructure posture
Lead your team to deliver positive Customer Satisfaction, and coach them to become trusted advisors to customers and partners
Coach the team to provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups
Manage the consumption business of Solutions and Support to achieve the business goals and deliver customer value
Coach the team to develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers
Accelerate Resolution of Customer Blockers
Coach the team to identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
Proven technical understanding of Microsoft Azure Solutions
5+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or consultative delivery
2+ years of experience in people management
2+ years of experience driving change management or technical adoption
Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Microsoft Azure Technologies, AI certifications
Nice to have:
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
