You will have accountability for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Information Technology support and processes with involvement in procurement and provisioning of IT equipment for staff and Charles Sturt teaching and meeting spaces.

Requirements
Extensive experience in managing, motivating and leading a team, building cohesion and setting common goals to achieve high performance and continually developing knowledge and capabilities
Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead and promote customer-focused support services in a distributed IT environment with a large user base
Eagerness to learn and quickly grasp technical knowledge needed to connect customer requirements with team service and support accountabilities
Demonstrated commitment in developing and maintaining valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
