As the Senior Manager, Claims Management, you will be a key leader on our claims team, reporting directly to the Director, Claims Management. You will lead the Data & Damages portfolio as an individual contributor, guiding the strategy while collaborating with stakeholders across the claims organization to execute.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in the insurance industry (carrier, broker, MGU, TPA, fleet, solutions partner, etc.) with a focus on auto or general liability injury claims
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating an ability to guide widespread strategies and process implementation across a claims portfolio
