As the Senior Manager, Claims Management, you will be a key leader on our claims team, reporting directly to the Director, Claims Management. You will lead the Data & Damages portfolio as an individual contributor, guiding the strategy while collaborating with stakeholders across the claims organization to execute.
At least 7 years of professional experience in the insurance industry (carrier, broker, MGU, TPA, fleet, solutions partner, etc.) with a focus on auto or general liability injury claims
At least 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating an ability to guide widespread strategies and process implementation across a claims portfolio
Nice to have:
A seasoned claims veteran with deep experience in setting claims strategy and a rich background in medical specials and damage valuation
