The Senior Manager, Channel Systems is responsible for directing the Sales Enablement process and application, G360 & G360 ecommerce, as well as the support team to achieve short and long-range strategic objectives through successful planning and execution of digital sales strategies as well as improvements to processes and operations of the team. This leader works closely with business leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to crate roadmaps, scope of work documents, business cases, and change management
Job Responsibility:
Owns overall UX and platform design
leverages deep understanding of customer journeys to ensure frictionless experience for channel partners
Collaborates with IT to execute the end-to-end development process within an Agile environment
Continuously assesses the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities using product and market knowledge as well as input from key stakeholders
Maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment and additions to the backlog
Drives planning and execution for the platforms to support the company’s objectives and business plans, including consistent growth and profitability through our partners
Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, roadmaps, policies, and operating procedures
Tracks release readiness and oversees communication with support from technical leadership
escalates key gaps or support needs to functional leadership to ensure deliverables are met as expected
Selects, coaches and develops staff
Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team
Manages performance-- recognizing achievement, providing feedback and administering progressive discipline when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, IT or related field
Demonstrated understanding of B-to-B sales processes through direct and distribution channel models
2 Years leadership experience
Nice to have:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
3 years of experience in product owner role, software development or related technical project management area
