Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Change Enablement, will lead the planning and execution of change initiatives that support CVS Health's transformation agenda. This role works directly with business units and project teams to deliver tailored change strategies, support colleague adoption, and ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks and culture.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives that support CVS Health's transformation agenda
Develop and execute change management plans for assigned initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communications, and training
Partner with project managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to tailor change approaches to specific contexts
Monitor and report on adoption metrics, colleague feedback, and project outcomes
Support the Lead Director in building and sustaining the change management community of practice
Identify opportunities to improve change management processes and tools

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields
Proven ability to deliver change management support for complex projects
Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prosci certification or other change management certification preferred
or equal years of working experience may be considered
