Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for analysis supporting the development, coordination and implementation of initiatives and programs to achieve transformational improvements in population health outcomes
  • Participate in the design of programs that promote preventative care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness
  • Participate in the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and optimizing value-based-care performance
  • Manage all data on outcomes and resultant total cost of care improvement to ensure we can tell the story of the care programs with applicable evidence
  • Collaborate with care teams, strategic providers, and community resources to ensure a full understanding of the care programs operation and measuring progress to outcomes
  • Collaborate with Quality Management to ensure quality goals and improved outcomes are achieved
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (provider engagement, network management, community development, etc.) as needed
  • Regular (weekly, monthly) reporting to Plan leaders on all stages of analyses
  • Accountability and/or Quality Review for all regulatory reporting aligned to these programs
  • Work directly with Product team leaders to ensure a full understanding of how existing Expanded Benefits and Incentives are designed and can be obtained
  • Bring feedback and insights to the Product team to improve the offerings and delivery of these benefits and incentives
  • Participation in RFP and contract implementations as an analytical leader of the Plan’s care programs
  • Work on special projects at the direction of the Director of Strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • 5 plus years of experience with SQL, SAS & Power BI
  • 5 years of experience working with large and detailed data sets is required
  • Advanced technical/analytical skills and attention to details
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and fingerprinting

Nice to have:

  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) is preferred
  • Florida residency preferred
