Job Description:

Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with industry in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for Business tranformation Senior Manager to lead/ support the tranformation project for finance& supply chain across the APAC region.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion
Develop comprehensive project plans, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects aligned with business objectives
Work closely with diverse teams to drive efficiency and achieve strategic goals
Partner with the Vice President to execute high-impact business strategies
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support critical decision-making
Prepare reports, presentations, and key communications to drive clarity and alignment
Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to optimize service delivery
Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of initiatives
Communicate project progress effectively, keeping all stakeholders informed
Champion process optimization and regional excellence within global frameworks
Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency to enhance overall operations

Requirements:

Professional certification in project management i.e. PMP Certification or similar
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving results
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving
