Job Responsibility:
Lead execution of growth strategies for key practice areas, translating objectives into practical plans and overseeing their implementation
Develop and coordinate business development efforts across related practices to ensure integrated execution and scalable initiatives
Manage the delivery of proposals, pitches, client engagement activities, and events, maintaining high standards for quality and responsiveness
Allocate resources effectively among competing priorities while tracking progress and ensuring disciplined follow-through
Oversee and mentor the business development team supporting transaction-focused practices, fostering professional development and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Ten or more years of experience in business development, marketing, or client support within professional services
Proven leadership experience managing teams and executing strategic growth plans
Strong project management skills with a track record of producing persuasive marketing materials and proposals
Proficiency in CRM systems, BD technology tools, and budget management, with a focus on operational efficiency
