In this role, you will be involved in the front-end planning and evaluation of new land and property development opportunities. You’ll play a key part in identifying, assessing, and supporting land acquisition, with a strong focus on feasibility and strategic development planning.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct market analysis, including competitor benchmarking and consumer trend tracking to support development strategies
Prepare feasibility studies and valuation reports for potential land and development projects, assessing revenue, cost breakdowns, and profitability
Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including site investigations and regulatory assessments
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on market outlook, investment opportunities, and development proposals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Property Management, Quantity Surveying, Urban Planning, or related fields
At least 8 years of relevant experience in property development, consultancy, or property/asset management with exposure to feasibility studies or land valuation
Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies
