Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic recommendations on sequencing and prioritisation to maximise the achievement of key business outcomes
Implement and embed a "Ways of Working Playbook," leveraging global best practices to foster innovation and build elite capabilities
Collaborate with diverse business areas to align customer value propositions, processes, and information with operational goals
Develop and maintain complex enterprise models and visualisations to support executive decision-making and organisational communication
Requirements:
Significant experience in business architecture, enterprise design, or related roles within complex, large-scale organisations
Proven ability to apply architectural principles to solve intricate business and operational challenges
Strong expertise in business design and improvement, with a track record of delivering integrated solutions across business units
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
Demonstrated adaptive leadership skills, with the resilience to navigate change and empower teams in an evolving environment
