Job Description:

Senior Manager Business Analyst role in Corporate and Institutional Banking COO team, focusing on non-financial risk management, data analysis, and process improvement through transformative data and digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements
Analyse data ingestion processes and identify improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives for machine learning requirements
Work with data scientists to analyse complex data sets for non-financial risk patterns
Develop predictive models and algorithms for risk mitigation
Design actionable recommendations and process flow for risk management
Analyse current NFR controls and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of non-financial risk management in wholesale banking
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
Excellent analytical skills with ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented mindset with strong commitment to accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in non-financial risk management

Nice to have:

Advanced degree preferred
Experience on consulting and/or risk management is an advantage
