Job Description

This is a dynamic role working within the Business Services division, supporting a Director and leading a team of accountants. The role covers workflow management, technical leadership, client relationship management, and business improvement.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver accurate business tax advice and oversee client compliance
  • Monitor team workflow, budgets, billing cycles, and KPIs
  • Allocate tasks, conduct appraisals, and develop junior staff
  • Engage with clients to provide value-added services and strategic input
  • Contribute to internal system/process improvement and firm-wide initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a public practice or professional services firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance
  • Leadership skills with experience managing workflow and teams
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • A Police clearance or willingness to obtain one if required

Nice to have

  • qualified CA or CPA
  • willingness to obtain a Police clearance
