Job Description

Strategic, culturally attuned brand storyteller role supporting the Senior Director, Brand Marketing in leading go-to-market strategies, experiential activations, and campaign development for EDITION. Responsible for amplifying EDITION's global brand relevance across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the execution of EDITION's global marketing plan across key brand campaigns, hotel openings, digital/social content, and partnership activations
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring brand voice and visual identity are applied consistently across consumer-facing platforms
  • Lead integrated marketing campaign planning with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage marketing asset development, including creative toolkits, templates, promotional packages, and marketing collateral
  • Support hotel-level programming by coordinating messaging and marketing tools across pre-opening and post-launch phases
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to manage media strategy and ensure campaign goals are aligned with global brand objectives

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex projects, and work in a matrixed global organization
  • Proven experience in integrated campaign management, partnership activation, and content marketing
  • Strong visual and written communication skills with a sharp creative eye
  • Budget management and performance tracking expertise

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, luxury, or hospitality brands strongly preferred
  • Understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital/social media marketing
  • Experience with creative agency management and internal brand governance
  • Familiarity with luxury customer insights, consumer behavior, and global marketing trends
